  Borahm was born in Seoul in 1986, two years before the city hosted the olympics. This brought a cultural richness and began Borahm’s experiences with imported clothes, influenced by her fashionable mother.

    

 Borahm has enjoyed drawing and reading historical novels since childhood. She won newspaper prizes for <The art contest of the Hankook children's daily> and took pleasure in visiting old cities with her parents.

    

She dreams of becoming a fashion designer blossoms at 17, when she also learned about art history in school and aesthetic in academy. And she entered a topped her university Apparel & Textile Design class when graduating in 2005.

    

Borahm undertook fashion internships in London and Seoul and grew her knowledge and network of contacts in the international fashion industry.

    

 Her confidence as a designer grew in 2014 when she received praise for her entrance to the Domus academy / Vogue talent competition, “Fashion collection for successful men in Seoul and New York.”
